The machine arrived and I spent over four hours trying to assemble it because they had not supplied an alan key to fit the screws which all had to be placed in the right holes at the right time and tightened- a near impossible task for a woman alone- the machine is very very heavy to turn around and upside down etc.. I have not managed to tighten the screws even now to my satisfaction- I suspect the holes pre cast are not accurate enough. i am told in the small accompanying booklet that it should be tightened again on a monthly basis- pah! I have already tightened them twice and still they are not secure.
The accompanying booklet is pretty useless at telling you how to use the machine- you need to find online the exercises to perform.
Apart from the niggles about assembling, the machine does what it says with loads of speed choices, and I would not quibble that I feel better for using it.
I have owned it now for 3 months almost, and use it the recommended 3 times daily for ten minute sessions. My knees are better for it. My hips, less painful which is the main purpose for using it. I feel like I lost weight around the waist and hips which is great. i would give it more stars if it were easier to put together and bothered instead of sending you a free towel to enclose an exercise leaflet of some kind and an alan key of the right size.
