Product Description

Simple to use but with noticeable results the Massage Roller can be used hot or cold to relieve stress and fatigue on hands, elbows and fingers.

When to use it
Can be used by professionals or at home to give a stimulating, deep tissue massage.

How it Works
Move the Massage Roller in circular motions over the desired area to release tension in muscles and combat knots.
Heat up in warm water (not boiling) or cool in the fridge for added hot or cold therapy during massages. In fact, the Message Roller is designed for use in the wet, making it safe to use in the bath or with massage oils.

I have a connective tissue disorder which means my muscles are constantly sore, so I use massage balls all the time. This is great - it combines the best of a spiky ball and an Orbit Massager. The spikes are not too hard and the holder makes it easy on the hands (you can place the base between your fingers so the bulk of the holder is in the palm of your hand, meaning there's much less stress on the fingers). I can't comment on durability as I've only just got it, but it looks sturdy enough. All in all a great buy.

I was looking to buy a foam roller for tight IT bands but came across spiky balls. They certainly dont take up much space and can easily be put in your bag when you go to work. Im glad I read a previous review explaining to put the plastic cup part in the palm of your hand with the sticky out bit between your fingers as it arrived with no paperwork at all. It fits nicely in the hand and is very easy to use at a very good price.

much better than trying to use the ball by hand, so much easier to massage an area in this holder

i brought this recently to help in-between sports massages for my long distance running. must admit, i wasnt expecting much but gave it a go (as its travel size its easier to take with me on race days) and i must admit its brilliant! you can really feel it getting to work with minimal effort on your part! well worth a buy if you're looking for something small and handy!

Stops the massage ball hurting your hand and has a free rolling action. I don't think I can apply as much pressure as I do with a normal massage ball but I can use it longer. Also easy to take anywhere unlike foam rollers.

Absolutely excellent value for money. It is really good for massaging very tense muscles and very easy to use as it it rolls so freely.

A well made & we'll priced massage ball. It's hard enough to give a good rub and feels robust. The handle is a good idea for people with finder or hand problems
