I haven't used it for Slim in 6, I have used it for Jillian's Michaels Body Revolution. This resistance band is for a beginer level, it is easyer to strech than the blue resistance tube. If it's the first time using the resistance tube I recomend the light one as the hard one is really hard to use. If in time it gets to easy you can fold it in half or tie a nod on it( as Jillian uses it) hope this helps!
