Okay first the good bits, the book is quite thick and a great read of time training, if you like that sort of thing.

Now looking at the cover i thought that the book would be dealing in bodyweight exercising, it doesn't.

You need either strength bands or something like that to use for the exercises.

A little let down but still a good read.

I would wait until the price goes down before buying it.

Dissapointed.
