Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
If you are serious about photography then you should consider purchasing this book. The book starts with the history of cameras and the beginnings of photography. It covers many of the great photographers from throughout the world and occasionally will have photos of their work. Items like Aperture, shutter speed, exposure, and so on are covered in chapter 4 on page 192.

The only negative about this book is that it is written using English from England instead of English from the states. So color is spelled colour. Since this is a photo book you will run into the word colour quite a bit. This is also a textbook so not everyone will enjoy that type of reading.
