Whilst packed with information there are so many errors that the author has had to provide corrections on his website and include missing files from the CD. The basic step of having the booked worked through by a newbie to the software has been neglected.The Photodex Official Guide to ProShow

Despite a previous comment, I decided to buy this book as I could find no other reference source. I have ProShow Gold and I expected the book to tell me how to use it - No. Nearly every chapter is about ProShow Producer - the most expensive version. The book tells you to download a trial version so you can practice the various sections in the book. I felt the whole point of the book was to persuade you to buy the Producer version. Don't buy this book unless you have Producer. It is a waste of money. However, I have found a website where you can buy DVDs explaining how to use to use the Gold version. The author's surname is the same as the famous footballer married to Victoria. Hope Amazon publishes this.

As I say in my header, this is a great help for owners of Proshow Gold, but is terrific for those who have Producer, - regardless, no one can deny that there is a wealth of information and well worth the price you can buy it for on Amazon!!
