I bought this because I lived in Gloucestershire over 35 years ago.
I thought I would know my way around but so much has changed!
A very useful atlas.

3.0 out of 5 stars It's OK 19 Nov 2013

Just started a delivery job and needed a street atlas of Gloucestershire as the satnav did not pick up all the newer developments. I already have the pocket version that was revised in 2005 and I thought this one would be more up to date as it is a 2013 revision. Sadly it is not. There are still the same omissions from the earlier edition so I am still having to second guess some of the addresses I go to (thank goodness for Google Maps, when I have a signal!). It is a handy street atlas, just a shame it is not particularly up to date.

1.0 out of 5 stars Too Small a scale to be useful! 4 Oct 2013
Verified Purchase
I have a number of these Atlases and are all excellent except, so far, this one.
The scale of large areas covered is much too small so that town/village areas are useless.
The Atlas needs more pages, if necessary, it should be split over two volumes as for example Essex is.

5.0 out of 5 stars Essential reference 7 Aug 2013

When house hunting in the area, I borrowed this street atlas from the library and found it invaluable in an unfamiliar area. Having decided to buy a property it seemed sensible to invest in a copy and have it to hand.
It is clear and easy to use and gives all the information I need.
