Sonicare ProResults heads come in two sizes - standard and mini.
Standard is like a regular manual toothbrush. Mini is about one third smaller.
I find the standard heads too big to properly clean my back teeth, so use the mini, while my wife feels that the mini is too small to be effective and prefers the standard.
So it's horses for courses, and I would recommend buying one of each head to find out which works best for you before buying a multipack.
In both versions the heads, and the Sonicare system overall, are excellent.
Each head lasts around three months.

Philips Sonicare toothbrush is beyond compare. I especially like the choice of toothbrush heads it offers. The minis are my favourite as they make it easier to get in all the hard to reach places for a more effective clean.Philips Sonicare HX6023 ProResults Toothbrush Head - Mini - Triple Pack

I bought these to go with the latest Sonicare product that I bought last year. The small heads on these replacement brushes really enable one to clean all areas of the mouth. At my recent dental check up the hygienist when she asked what brush head I used (knowing I use the Sonicare) commented that it was the best brush head.
