I have used my Philips shaver for over two years and, although I usually use the same cutting head for a good number of years, decided to replaced mine with the latest cutting head, the RQ 10/50,for my shaver. Replacement is easy as the cutting heads come in a complete unit which click on to the shaver body. The shave is good,especially in the neck area. How much an improvement there is from the original heads, the RQ 10/40, is difficult to say as they gave a good shave too. I purchased the new cutting head at an excellent price on the Amazon Marketplace and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Having had my shaver just over a year I decided I now needed new cutters only you are not able to change the cutter assembly as in previous Phillips shavers you have to change the complete head assembly a more costly exercise I think its called design progress however I finally found a head asembly that was much more reasonably priced and of the latest design I have been using it for the last two weeks and am extreemly pleased with its capabilities I would recommend it as a replacement head and the seller gave fantastic service.

Philips Shaver Head
My old one must have been so worn out.What a difference a new head makes,a much closer shave and quieter too. It takes half the time to shave.
