Beware about buying from 3rd party. Do not offer warranty. Do not provide free return postage.

The main unit stop charging the phone. Had to charge it via the second unit. Most marketplace 3rd party does not honour one year warranty or want to charge you for returning faulty goods and want to charge your postage to replace the faulty item!
May appear cheap but unless it devlops a fault within 30 days amazon would offer return but after 30 days you are left on your own.
Next time I will buy from Argos or Comet at least they honour 12 month warranty.

The unit was ok for a couple of months although sound quality was not very good, it then developed a fault.Callers complained that my phone just rang out, it failed to ring or connect incoming calls to the answering machine.
It was replaced promptly, which was good, but the replacement also had the same fault.

Good Phone
Works well, answer machine is very clear. Only minor issue is that the caller id does not work but that's nothing to moan about. All round good product for the price

New speaking machines...for the old machines!
nicelooking phone. Crackles at times and is far more complicated than my previous set, but I like them,and the price is excellent.
