This HTS from Philips ticks all the boxes bar one, WHY DON'T THEY MAKE IT REGION FREE! I know the code is out there as Philips say in the instruction manual for this HTS3300 that if the sticker on the back reads ALL along with the wee wire globe thing then you're sorted.
The sound and picture are both superb, speaker cables are extremely long and very easy to connect, remote is okay, ROTS plays no probs in Divx and yeah.....
Buy this if you are a R2 devotee, buy it too if you know the keypad combination to make it region free.

This is an ace system. The sounds are richer and the sub woofer actually gives out sound! Very easy to set up, and following the instructions mentioned before turns it into multiregion in about 3 seconds. Yes, it rearly is so easy. Plays all disks, inc copies, which my previous wouldnt do. Has tuner as well, and plays the tv throught it also which is great for concerts/ Top of the Pops but less so for general viewing. At this price, a bargain.
