It's a beautiful slim device with a soft-touch rubberised back, a big, clear colour screen and, most of all, the sound quality is excellent - almost as good as listening on my PC with quality headphones.
I use the Songbird option and have had no problems - but I didn't have any itunes to convert.
The earpieces fit really well and have small projections that help them stay in place. There are more function features than I'll ever use.
So - great quality and great value.
Please Please avoid, You could buy a Sony, Samsung or Sansa for not much more.
The only bad thing is the battery life is no where near as much as i read it to be - probably about 9-10 hours, but i really can't be bothered to send it back as I need it.
