Enjoy your favourite MP3 music while charging your iPod! The dock lets you connect your iPod directly to the Docking entertainment system so you can listen to your favourite music in superb quality. It also charges your iPod while it plays so you can enjoy your music and not have to worry about your iPod battery running out. Use the remote control to navigate, select and playback the music stored on your iPod. The Docking entertainment system automatically charges your iPod while it is docked.
Wake-Up and Sleep Timer
Many alarm clocks feature a variety of alarm choices. This Philips Clock radio wakens you with the radio or the traditional alarm buzzer. The Sleep Timer allows you to programme the required length of time for the music to coincide with how long you normally take to fall asleep. No matter what your alarm clock needs, whether it's a morning buzzer that produces a steady tone, or listening to your favourite music as you go to sleep, this clock radio has it all.
Digital tuning with 20 pre-set stations for extra convenience
Simply tune into the station that you want to preset, then press and hold the preset button to memorise the frequency. With preset radio stations that can be stored, you can quickly access your favourite radio station without having to manually tune the frequencies each time.
Dynamic Bass Boost
Dynamic Bass Boost maximizes your music enjoyment by emphasizing the bass content of the music throughout the range of volume settings - from low to high – at the touch of a button. Bottom-end bass frequencies usually get lost when the volume is set at a low level. To counteract this, Dynamic Bass Boost can be switched on to boost bass levels, so you can enjoy consistent sound even when you turn down the volume.

I have purchased this item to replace our old Philips Entertainment system. Was not quite sure what to expect as per low price but was very pleasantly surprised. Half of the size of our old Philips and better sound. The only con on this system is that clock on the main display disapear after about 15 minutes so you cant see the time in the middle of the night if you would have this in your bedroom. Otherwise very simple to use and good quality for very little money.

Just the job
This micro system was just what was needed, we use it as a kitchen system the price was ideal and is excellant value.

Really not bad for the money. A little 'plasticy' but what do you expect for the money. One of the few around with AM tuner which is needed as we have no DAB
