The phone is a very good price for a quad handset. Looks nice, which is good. However, one handset had no ringer (or key beep) - so wasn't any good at handling incomming calls. Also, no loudspeaker on the phones limits usage.

poor quality,should have returned them.on my travels as a floor fitter ive seen these in other peoples houses and weve joked how rubbish they are, you cannot hear the person on the other end and the volume button doesent go any higher

Great basic phone set, and far better than the BT Studio handsets they replaced in my household.
Quite a good looking phone system as these things go (how come so many DECT handsets look like props from a 1980s sci-fi film?), easy set up, no noticable interference with my wifi network, and at under £55 for the quad set, exceptional value.
My two minor quibbles about the phone are the in-call volume, which is a bit on the quiet side, and the ringtones, which are all a bit shrill.
Other than that though, a great buy.

What a load of rubbish! Purchased in May 2009..
and the batteries, although appearing fully charged on all the handsets, give up the ghost after 20 minutes use....... Of course it is out of warranty! Read more

Simple to use
Good value for money considering there are four phones. Not the best looking telephones in the world, but do the job and are simple to use.

Cordless quad phones
Delivery a little delayed, products work well and easy to use. Hands free function may be an improvement or consideration as these operate as standard hand held only.
