Once again Amazon delivers a product at the right price. I orded this product on a sunday afternoon and it was at my door Tuesday morning. I have had many cordless phones in the past and paid much more. This set includes a ten minute answering machine which is quite good and easy to use. From the handset you can make many personal settings, Each unit looks smart and works well.The sound volume from the handsets are very clear. The answerphone volume is also very good. All in all this product works, and works well.

The delivery on these phones was very fast and all came as shown in the advert. The functions on the phone were very good and easy to use. The answer machine was also very simple and easy to use. However... we had to return the phones as we were simply unable to hear callers. The volume goes to three and even when set on that you struggled to hear in a quiet room with the phone pressed against your ear. I don't know if it was a fault on our phones but I have seen another reviiew with the same problem and when we went through the returns process we were just offered our money back. The return was also simple, just print out a return lable and post. Maybe not the best choice if you actually need to hear your callers!

The Philips phones are superb quality for money. Their is a number of different functionalities that give you what you need as a home user. The great thing for me is that there is only 1 master connection to the phone line allowing my other 2 handsets to be in rooms without phone sockets. Great sound quality, only slight annoyance is the limited ring tones. The other downside is that the phones dont seem to talk to each other which means if you clear a missed call from one it will still show on the rest. All in all great value for money and extremely happy with the phone.

Cordless phones
Product is ok - although the ear piece (volume) is quiet even though the setting is set high , the product is good value for money.

You get what you pay for
I bought these as they were a middle of the road price, but I really wish I'd spent a bit more. As phones go they're ok, but what I don't like is there is no speakerphone function... Read more
