| Cal-Clean Longer living Regular calc-cleaning is important to keep the iron going with good amount of steam, especially if the iron is using hard water from the tap. It is a good practice to do calc-clean before heating up the appliance. Do NOT open the calc-clean cap when the appliance is hot; If the appliance is hot, unplug the power cord from the mains and let the steam tank cool down for 2 hours. Pour away the water from the water tank. Remove the calc-clean cap by turning it anticlockwise. Pour away water from the steam tank into the sink. Rinse the steam tank with tap water until all impurities are flushed out. Screw the calc clean-cap tightly by turning it clockwise. Calc-clean should be done once a month. |

I tried a different product before and it did not last for more than 6 months. This one I bought after doing a lot of research .
After using this product I realised this is best and it just takes few minutes to iron any shirt or get rid of crease..

I love this range of steam irons - this is my second one, just a later model. We all use it, my husband and the boys. The ease with which it produces quality ironing is just wonderful and if ironing can be it's virtually painless! Delivery timing was excellent and we're all really happy.

This is an incredible iron. It removes creases from even very dry cotton with one stroke and therefore makes ironing much quicker. The only reason I have not given it five stars is that it is heavy and also around 2-3 inches longer than my previous Philips steam iron. Because of this it can feel quite bulky - but you do get used to it after a while. Perfection would be this iron's performance in a lighter, smaller unit. Not really sure about the ionic deep steam. The button for this is underneath the grip area - so you can activate it without meaning to. I'm not sure it makes much difference.

Didn't last the distance

Not Impressed!
After three months iron started leaking and gradually got worse. Have had to replace it. Very Disappointed with this product! Will not buy a Phillips iron again.

Excellent
Read the previous reviews and they were good. This is a heavy iron and would not suit everyone, but we liked it for that reason - It's a man's iron.
