Philips Avent Washable Breast Pads have a brushed cotton lining that is soft and gentle and features an absorbent layer that draws moisture away from the skin behind a leak-proof liner. The pads protect against embarrassing leaks or staining, and reduce the risks of soreness.
Extra soft, with absorbent padding, the pads are soft and gentle against the skin. An anti-slip lace outer layer gives a feminine appearance whilst preventing slippage.
A handy laundry bag is included for easy washing and storage.

I bought these as I wanted to stop using disposable pads and these seemed far more environmentally and cost friendly.
Sadly, they're rubbish. They are completely flat- ie, not contoured to the shape of a breast- so unless they're carefuly positioned (and they move around in ones bra so their position changes a lot) the milk just leaks downwards and I've been left with a soaking wet bra on numerous occasions. Also, they're not very absorbant (not compared to dispoable pads) so I went through all 6 in one day... which meant I had to go back to dispoable pads anyway. Useless.
I do not recommend these at all! Buy contoured pads instead. And I recommend ones made from bamboo which is far more absorbant.

I bought these in the hope that I would save money whilst being green but have been let down on several occasions now. I have a really good milk supply, and have leaked through these pads when my baby has been due a feed, I also gave up wearing them overnight after a week of waking up completely soaked through, and have gone back to disposables overnight. Overall I would recommend wearing these if you are coming to the end of breastfeeding or are combining breastfeeding with formula and have your milk supply well established. My advice is to carry disposables in your nappy bag just in case you have an accident.

Washable breast pads
Found that these move around which has led to numerous leaking episodes. They are not as big as the tommee tippee disposable pads. I will only use the when a home.

Disappointing purchase
I wont recommend these nursing pads. They get wet almost immediately, 6 pieces are not enough for a day. Luckily they were cheap.

Breasts pads
It's not a very good product as it doesn't absorb all the wetness. It leaks on to the bra. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Useless!
They can't absorb the milk so much and my Tshirt gets wet as easily just like without using a pad!

Nice product
Soft against skin and the absorbency is fine, less "scratchy" than disposable pads. Outline can be seen through t-shirt but I think that happens with most pads so I just wear 2... Read more

Insufficient

Loved them the were effective just wish theey didn't wrinkle as much when washed hence reducing the need to iron them. Could recommend it for its purpose.
