I have done a lot of research about milk and food warmers and in the end couldn't decide between this one and nuby deluxe warmer. I decided on this one after seeing nuby warmer in store. They both look good but this one in my opinion is a better quality from a first look and smaller. Still fits all my bottles - Medela small and bugger ones and obviously all Avent. The only one that doesn't fit is tommee tippee but I don't like them anyway so not bothered. Nicely made, small size so it wont take a lot of space on your kitchen top and warms very well - quickly and evenly. I have read probably all reviews on this warmer and i must say i do not understand why people say that the buttons are hard to press. I can easily do it with one hand and no need to hold the warmer as it has rubber base so it doesn't move around unless you really push it. I never warm up anything while holding my son anyway as i find it rather stressful for both of us to wait long enough for my baby to be so hungry that he starts crying but if i had to do that i think it can easily be done with one hand and it takes seconds to switch it on. There is 6 settings and only 2 water measurements to remember so no confusion as with the other warmers I've seen. 150 ml bottle of milk from the fridge heats up in 2 min and the temp is just perfect in my opinion. Food doesn't take much longer either. Also there is no need to unplug the warmer and take the whole thing to the sink - I just switch of the mains and pour it out into a mug or a bowl and the warmer never leaves its place on the counter. It has to be done as the water evaporates when heated so to make sure the warming plate doesn't burn and that the food is the right temp fresh water needs to be poured in every time. Overall really happy with it.

On the up-side this unit does do a reasonable job of consistently heating the products it advises it will take. However, it's let down by problems with the design. It's very light and the buttons must be pressed horizontally and require significant pressure to register a press, which means the unit slides around the work surface. The unit is too fat to get a singe hand around, which means you either have to put down the screaming child you're comforting and use two hands or you have to wedge the unit against the kitchen wall just to be able to press the buttons.

Operation of the unit's buttons is: press POWER for 3 seconds to turn it on, press POWER repeatedly to choose the mode (room/fridge/freezer), press QUANTITY repeatedly to choose the size of the food, hold QUANTITY for 3 seconds to begin the warming process. If you're warming up 11 ounces of milk from the freezer, that's fifteen button presses to get the unit to start doing something; too long, too complicated

If you change the mode after choosing the quantity, the quantity resets to zero. If you go over on the quantity, you have to repeatedly press quantity until the setting goes off the top of the scale and goes back to zero

Once you power the unit off, it forgets the settings, so you have to go through the entire tap dance every time you want to use it

Note: The lights on the unit flash to show you that heating is happening, but they do not give any indication as to the progress of heating. It does not stop when the milk has reached a particular temperature, it stops after a predetermined time based on the room/fridge/frozen setting combined with the volume; essentially all this is, is a timer with a fancy presentation

In short; this unit is not as easy to use as it should be.

Ours broke after just a year, and our Philips Avent Bath Thermometer followed it 6 months later. I wouldn't buy this brand again.

This warmer is really handy and saves the worry about the temperature, but there are a few things they could improve on: First - you cannot operate this whilst holding a baby! A bit of a problem if you have a screaming hungry baby and are home alone. You have to hold the unit with one hand whilst pushing the buttons - hard.
Secondly - When you need to empty the old water you have to unplug it from the wall and take the unit - plus cable and plug to the sink - a little dangerous. Why don't they keep the cable the same as the one on their steriliser, where you unplug the cable from the unit.
Apart from those two problems the product does make life easier, lets hope Philips read this review and consider these improvements, it will then be worth 5 stars!

this broke after using it less than 10 times. Now we just pop the bottle in the microwave for 30 seconds and give it a good shake

The product simply doesn’t work! Furthermore, Philips doesn’t made anymore this kind of Digital Bottle and Baby Food Warmer, so it is not possible to have another to replace the malfunctioning one. I am waiting Philips to refund me.

I would have given it 5 stars just that the product sent to me doesn't clip properly so is a hassle to use. With this fixed it will be a great product.
