This cream is really quite runny in comparison with similar products and as a consequence actually gave my daughter nappy rash after a couple of uses. Now it is sat in the back of a drawer for emergencies, though I think she might do better without.
The cream arrived with other Avent orders before I had my new baby girl, it was really good and effective. I mostly use water only for newborns to reduce irritation and then i started with Avent cream once a day or every two days and it was really good for my baby.
I am a mother of three now and had used so many products but this one is quite useful and wd highly recommend.

I still use it for my baby. I bought it through Amazon because it was cheaper. Its a good product, and my baby never got irritation. I only used it when he is going to sleep, not during the day.
