Drivers are poor, doesn't work properly and Philips helpline closed when you need it (evenings and weekends!).
Really great idea, was looking forward to the product but after 3 hours gave up as it still would not work with PC for the photos, packed it up and sent it back.

Buy something else instead.

I bought this clock radio but I should have paid more attention to the existing review I found here.

There are several problems. The LCD displays are low resolution, low contrast and have a very poor viewing angle. This just simply doesn't work as a photo frame at all. The photo of the product on this website is misleading. It then barely works as a clock because you can't view the numbers easily from many angles. The table top stand doesn't help the viewing angles either.

The radio speaker is shocking, and the reception isn't great (I've other radios in the house which are better).

Lastly the software it comes with is useless and Philips customer care team were unable to help me. I'd consider myself IT literate and having tried many times to get the photos uploaded I eventually had to edit them myself and place them into the folder which the software uses to send to the clock.

Complete waste of money and not cheap either, I cannot recommend this product to anyone.
