Received the television today via the Home Delivery Network.(At agreed time, called ahead, perfect).
After setting up the TV I would rate the picture as very good in standard definition and superb in HD.
The remote is a classy piece of kit, with a real quality feel.
The entire front of TV is one piece of glass and it is definitely a well made, stylish addition to any room.
Net TV is a problem, as it does not make clear that you need to buy a £50 Philips Wireless USB. (I have already tried a generic Belkin wireless USB but it did not work). I guess if you hard wired it to the router this would have worked. Poor for a £900 Telly.
I really liked the Ambi Light, but while the Amazon picture shows the light at the sides and above the TV it is only at the sides.
Overall a stylish quality product,sold at the best price you will find on the net.
PS. It has no built in Digital HD Tuner, if this is an issue for you. (Only standard Digital Tuner).

I have fallen in love !!. Don't think I could go back to a normal telly.
The ambilight is made for me as I just love unusual lighting, the picture is as clear as crystal and the TV itself is very aesthetically pleasing. I havn't tried 3D yet as I don't have Sky and am still looking for a decent sound system with 3D blue ray that isn't too expensive. The remote control unit is a sight to behold in its sleek steel case, it certainly shows some of the other Philips remotes up as cheep and nasty.
The only downside is needing to buy all the extra's separately so haven't got around to buying the wifi dongle as yet.
