1.0 out of 5 stars Serious problems with this LCD TV, 24 Jan 2007
Many purchasers have suffered a failure of the backlight after about 8 weeks of ownership - this appears as dark bands and patches on the screen which can be seen against any plain background in the TV picture. Although this TV is otherwise superb, you may wish to wait until Philips have fixed this design issue, before making your purchase.
