Best of a poor bunch. 20 Mar 2012
By hawkeye
Philips used to be synonimous with quality, reliability, and innovation. It seems they have dumned
down to join the rest of TV makers who are more interested in gimmicks and electronic wizardry than producing TVs which are user friendly with plain, clear, and comprehensive user manuals. Why must I have "Audio Description" permanently bawling out? even when the
set volume is turned down low, and be unable to deselect it. What shape of hand does the designer of the remote control have? I find it very "slippery" and the buttons are much too close for anyone with average sized hands. The controls at the rear of the TV are so small that pressing the wrong button is very easy. and finally; why Black? with no choice of an alternative colour.
