The latest addition to the Phil Teds family is the new sleek Vibe, designed to be a single or double in-line buggy. The Vibe has been created to make every trip with a baby or child as stylish as it is convenient. This is a buggy that looks great, is modern and versatile. It is also well designed, hardwearing and practical. The chassis is made from lightweight exposed aluminum to give a simple yet stylish look. The single hand operated brake is an all new feature making it possible to park the buggy while wearing any or no footwear No more sore toes when wearing your sandals. The handle of the Vibe is multi adjustable so whether you are short or tall you can still push the buggy with ease. The 3 quick release wheels with triple spoke design will make pumping tyres much easier. Wheel bearings will make pushing easy and comfortable whatever the terrain as the Vibe will be just as happy on California Boulevard as it would on Muscle Beach or even Skegness. The seat unit of the Vibe is suitable for your baby from birth - with a complete recline position. If the Vibe is to be used for baby and a toddler in the second seat, baby will be placed under the toddler seat, fitted to the front of the main seat facing the parent up through the push handle of the Vibe. This has the advantage of keeping the toddler from waking the baby and from passers-by making a fuss of the new baby often ignoring the toddler The seat has a soft padded seat liner in a contrasting colour to the main seat fabric, the easy to use 5 point harness is fully adjustable from newborn to large toddler. I bought my Vibe when my daughter was 3 and son new born. Its worth baring in mind the weight capacity, the iCandy pear only takes the weight of a child up to 3 years, for example. I used the cocoon for 3 months, but was still pleased i purchased it, and the doubles kit. The doubles kit is great, although my daughter walks the majority of the time, its occasional use has been invaluable, especially when you compare the price to a buggy board (which may not be compatable).
Negatives- its heavy to lift (11kg), so no lifting after the C-section. Although its very light to push. The folding is a bit fiddly needs practice, but don't they all. The maxi cosi car seat does not attach to it like the E3 and sport. The kids are facing away from you.

Our daugter was 2 1/2 when our son was born, and she had been king of the rooste, and of the pushcar all that time so I was worried how she was going to take the change. Because her seat is over her brother's and qhite high in comparison, she thought the change was great. The vibe is easy to manuvour, also in and out of busses and metro.
There are a few minuses, which are only noticable because it is so close to perfection, ergo the 5 stars. some minute minusus that I do not think one realy can expect (but if it is something one wants to do often, be aware): when being lifted with children in it, feks. up one or two stairs, it is difficult to find a place to hold on around the frount wheel; its difficult to get into the storage area when a baby is sleeping fully reclined; The big child can not recline for a nap; and finally one can not hang a bag over the handle.
Regardless of these minuses, the most fantastic buggy, and 2 small child solution I can imagine!

Our Phil & Ted's vibe arrived earlier this week and I've used it three times. We've only used the P&T for our 2½ year old daughter but I'm expecting no. 2 in a couple of months and therefore purchased the double kit as well.
Our daughter loves her new buggy. We had a bugaboo bee before which she grew out of VERY quickly so she's been squeezed in it for the past 4 - 5 months.
In the Vibe she's comfortable - a lot of room and I love the basket which has loads of space.
We bought the red and black Vibe which looks fantastic with the two constrasting colours.
Easy to manouevre.
I've given it 4 out of 5 stars because the seat of the doubles kit has a bar right behind the toddler's head. I'm not really sure how comfortable my daughter or the baby will be with it poking into the back of their heads. Time will tell...
