I've owned springer spaniels - both Welsh and English - for many years, including a rescue dog. We live by the sea, with muddy estuaries, and these dogs love that environment and are immensely popular the the area. With my experience and all the research I'd done, I decided to pull it all together into a book about the two distinct, but very simalar breeds.
