5.0 out of 5 stars It is a great game, for people of all ages! 5 Dec 2004
By Julia
Format:Cards
Firstly, this shouldnt be in the book section. It is a card game.
I played this game several days ago, and after I played it I went straight online to find out how where I could get it.
It is just like UNO, except more fun, and a bit more grown up.
It is great for people of all ages, we had somebody who was seven years old, and the oldest person was 68. Everybody was having fun.
The rules aren't hard to master, you will pick it up in a bout 5 minutes.
All I can say now is 'BUY IT' it is extremely fun, and for under £10 extremely good value.
You will not regret it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant game for ALL the family 19 Nov 2001
By A Customer
Format:Cards
1. Don't know why this is in the book section.
2. Recommended for kids in the 8-80 age range.
3. If you've ever played UNO then try this, it's better.
4. Try it once and your HOOKED!
5. Simple game to understand and rules are clear.
6. Keeps the kids quiet - honestly!

5.0 out of 5 stars Game for all the Family 24 Aug 2002
Format:Hardcover
I first purchased Phase 10 during a trip to the United States in the 1980s. As a family we have played the game regularly and it is certainly one of the most popular card games that involve all members of the family from the youngest to the oldest. We are now on our fifth pack of cards and have to all replace my sister's and parents' sets at regular intervals.
The game is simple and in addition to playing the standard format, you can invent phases of your own or just go up to Phase 10 and back down again.
You either collect sets of the same number or runs or combinations of both. You also get the chance to skip players.
The popularity of the game can be judged by the fact that youngsters nearly always ask for this game by choice.

Didn't know anything about this game but it is very good - easy to learn but gets a bit competitive especially with six people! Good fun for all the family.
