I was sent these to review as part of the Amazon Vine programme.
Like most men of my age, I have a 'spare tyre' round my middle. If these Raspberry Ketones were indeed a miracle to get rid of this problem, I was prepared to try them.
First thing I noticed was the smell. Not unpleasant but definatelt Raspberry. Over time I no longer noticed unless I burped or hiccuped when there would be a strong smell of Raspberries.
I finished the course, no change whatsoever in my weight or shape.
Only then did I investigate the claims. There have been NO clinical tests on humans, only one on rats and one on mice. Both of the rodent experiments involved very very high doses of Raspberry Ketones and high fat diets, with dubious results.
For a human to replicate this, you would be consuming an entire pot of this product with every mealtime.
I now feel slightly stupid for not doing this research first. If you check the Internet for Raspberry Ketones, you will find many adverts selling these, at high costs. Many magazine articles claiming the writer has success using them, but not a single controlled trial
