Having seen and heard nothing of this book beyond it being the third in the BAD series I bought and read blind, with no expectations beyond good old fashioned 'romance' novel performance.
Having read the first two BAD stories I read and enjoyed this book and found it to be exactly what I expected it to be.
Your basic 'Romance' novel this book isn't designed to be high art or a literary classic, it's a romance novel and if you hadn't told me it was co written I never would have guessed. It's not below par in my opinion and I found it comparable to any Keynon novel I have ever read (which is all of them bar Acheron which is arriving next week...)
The plot is, as always, obvious but then that's because you know the guy will get the girl at the end (sorry if I ruined the ending for anyone there) this isn't a genre you buy for the suspensful 'what will become of us' endings this is the genre you buy for 'no matter what happens love will triumph'
Any one who enjoyed the first two stories should also enjoy this book.
