good book, exactly the same as the one with the green cover. So buy the one that that is less expensive, I suppose. There is nothing "rare" about the other book, other than possibly the cost! I bought both accidently.
I was hoping for a more specific and detailed book on the breed, becuase every chapter other than characteristics and standards pretty much apply to all dogs. But it is great to find any information on this rare breed. stacey, london uk

Swift and easy purchase from the seller, the book was used but in pristine condition. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
My wife are getting a PBGV puppy shortly. This book is excellent, easy to read and full of facts, pictures and advice. Whether the advice is the right advice or not we shall soon find out! If you want to get a book about the PBGV certainly look at this one.

Wonderful Book

Although I received my dog two years ago, I enjoyed reading and learning about his breed's history. This book contains not only history and breed specific health concerns but also puppy care and training. A basic dog care book from puppy to senior with wonderful photographs.

This is a succinct yet comprehensive guide for a current or prospective PBGV owner. Colorful, easy to read, and hitting all the basics, it's an ideal guide for someone trying to get an overview of the breed. Very "reader-friendly".
