I read this book after being recommended it by an Educational Psychologist. I found it easy to read and extremely interesting. It gives a broad over-view of all the main psychological approaches available to deal with problem behaviour with practical ideas of how to set up some of the interventions yourself including photocopiable resources for assessment purposes at the end. A must for any teacher with difficult behaviour to deal with.

A very informative book, easy to read, excellent resource material section. I feel all schools should have a copy, it is invaluable in this period of inclusion. Every staff member should read it and digest its suggestions. Many behaviour modification solutions to try, and from personal experience - they succeed! I will recommend it to all my colleages and also to friends working in the mental health area with young people. A very useful source book for anyone studying behaviour management.

I found this book the most concise, helpful and practical resource I have yet come across after studying for 2 university level behaviour qualifications. It is very successful in explaining, in a very understandable way, the many real situations I have experienced or observed. The photocopiable resources are great and are being well used.
This is the book I keep reaching for reference.

This books material is fantastic, however at quite a hefty pricetag for less than one hundred pages... maybe they should make it a little clearer in the ad.
