About the Author

Hi Reader, I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Clarence T. Rivers and I have loved writing ever since I was a young boy. Writing, however, is not my only passion... My real passion lies in psychology. The power of the human mind has intrigued me my entire life. I have spent countless years studying the mind, doing tests, thought experiments, and various analogies. I am a firm believer that the more we know about the power of thought within our fellow mind and even our own mind the more control we will have over our world. After all, we all create our own world with every single thought we think. Why do people act a certain way? Why do people think a certain way? Why are people religious? Why aren't people religious? These are the questions that I have been seeking the answers to my whole life. I will continue to study and learn until the day I die because I love it so much. Knowledge is power and every thought has the ability to change the world forever. I enjoy writing because it gives me the opportunity to reach thousands of people daily which is truly incredible. So with that being said, I will leave you to read. I hope you enjoy my books and take from them something that will stay with you the rest of your life! Enjoy.

Mr Rivers states that schizophrenia is where a person has more than one personality. This is a common misconception and was the first of several errors. I do not know what qualifies the author to discuss these subjects but having seen he has published a book about improving Psychic powers I would suggest this book is the work of someone without a firm scientific basis to his theories.

This book appears to be full of anecdotal nonsense. Stating that people with schizophrenia are "... unsafe to be left alone, and it is unsafe for them to be in crowded places", rubbish. Also referring to Bipolar disorder as "Manic Bipolar Disorder"... Has the author not read the DSM or even the free to access ICD-10?

As other reviewers have said, I firmly doubt the author has a professional background in mental health, or any qualifications for that matter. I am a qualified mental health nurse and would advise people steer clear and save your money.

This book is badly written, jumbled, contains false information about mental illness and is misleading. I bought the ebook because it mentions the book is published in paperback format, I presumed this meant the book must be worthy. Mistake.

The author has given clear perspective of a psychopath, sociopath and a narcissist . Of course there is no effective treatment for the underlying causes of these conditions but the public awareness is very vital to spot a person with criminal intent.

A very interesting easy to read book. No waffle or 'over the head' medical jargon. Well worth the £3 or so x
