I thought this was a brilliant little book, full of good ideas for personalising learning. What stops this being a 5 star review is that in some parts it looks like they've used product placement to advertise their other services and I don't like the fact that they haven't bothered to reference their ideas properly. If you're looking for a quick and easy briefing on personalising learning then this is a very good place to start with lots of nice ideas to spruce up your teaching practice.
