This Purple Ronnie flute makes the perfect birthday gift. Personalise this glass with any age, most suited for women under 30, any name using up to 12 characters and any message you like over four lines using up to 20 characters per line. Please email us the wording you would like as follows: Age - Max 2 characters; Name - Max 12 characters inc spaces; Line 1 - Max. 20 characters inc spaces; Line 2 - Max. 20 characters inc spaces; Line 3 - Max. 20 characters inc spaces; Line 4 - Max. 20 characters inc spaces.
Due to the nature of this product please note colours may vary and can achieve different results from the images on screen; design has a frosted appearance on the outside of the glass and will appear differently on the inside. However the manufacturer strives to make the colours as accurate as possible before being despatched.

Each item is specially made for you and can take up to 72 hours to create. Once it has been made your item will be sent by 1st class post or you can choose expedited delivery, at an additional cost. With this option, once the item is ready for despatch, it will be sent by trackable next day courier service. A despatch confirmation email will be sent to you. Great Customer Service! Shame about the colour of the picture and message on the flute glass

I brought the Purple Ronnie Glass flute for my friends 21st Birthday Present.
The customer service on this product was excellent couldn't fault it at all! :D
I put a personal message on the glass. The message was too long to fit on the glass.
The seller came back to me straight away and suggested a different approach in which the message could have been written and would still be able to fit on the glass.
The seller's idea for the message was good and I took it on board.
The seller kept in contacted with me throughout the process of the purchasing, manufacturing and postage process of the flute glass by telephone and by emails.
The delivery was quick. It only took two days to come by the royal mail 1st class.
The product was well package and was protected from any damages and breakages.
However, The only two negative comments I would give about this product are:
The picture and the writing on the glass wasn't bright enough as I would of liked it to be.
I would have liked the writing and the picture to be more bold and colourful.
So the glass stood out from the crowd.
The picture of the girl and message looks dull on the champagne flute glass.
The seconded negative comment I would mention about the product is: The size
I thought the champagne flute could have been a lot bigger in size. I would of liked the glass be a bit bigger.
However, that's my personal a opinion on the champagne flute glass size.
