As a qualified sports nutritionist, I am familiar with Dr Colgans work. Once again he has surpassed himself with this publication.
If people actually take the time to read this book AND put its principles into action I believe they could save themselves from an early death and extended years of invalidity brought about by poor health.
He rips into the governments of the world (Namely the USA & the UK), for knowingly turning a blind eye to the possible cures of major health problems such as Cancer, Diabetes & Arthritis. Turning a blind eye just because of money & the power of the drug companies!
Buy this book. Read it & put into practice what you read...it might just save your life or, your children's life one day.
Dr Colgan, I applaud you.
