An inspiring exercise program 9 Jun 2000

I found this book to be inspiring and very instructional on the use of tubing and small free weights to keep my body toned. I am generally a bit of a clutz, and not in the best of shape (yet), but the pictures of each movement and the tips with each exercise are so clear it's almost impossible to perform them incorrectly. This book is packed with far more exercises than any I have read and filled with other information as well. The nutrition section was a bit silly, as were the autobiographical details, but these were brief. I recommend this book to anyone wanting to tone their bodies with little investment in materials or club fees.
