Arrived very quickly and packed very well, so no damage
Basket is very good value - nicely surprised that the glasses were glass and the plates were not plastic!

I love this basket!
The glasses, plates and salt and pepper pots are real and not plastic. The bottle opener is robust. The straps are firm and tight and the tartan lining is a perfect finishing touch.
I bought it for a trip around France and it has been strong enough to survive and big enough to hold a picnic for a hungry family of four. It is used almost every weekend and we all love - we even store it on show as it looks so good.
I looked at many more expensive ones, and have owned more expensive ones, but this basket serves the purpose well and is good looking and still pretty cheap.

i bought this as a Christmas gift,for my brother and sister in-law.they like to visit stately homes so i thought this would help make the days out a bit more fun. the hamper was beautifully packed and gave a real nostalgic feel. i packed a few items such as champagne and chocolates.they loved it, i could definitely recommend this item
