Don't let the lack of information, the dodgy record label or the untracable title put you off this gem, it's just 'live at klooks kleek' but under a new name, and alot easier to get hold of. The performance is full or energy, with Bond's growling voice working wonders on the cover of 'what'd I say' in particular. Other highlights include 'wade in the water' and jack bruce's 'train time' (later performed in Cream, but done here with a much fuller sound in my opinion). This is a great record to have, especially as this band only have two studio albums availiable, both on the same cd... (which is also excellent I might add)

This cd seems to be a re-edition of "Live at Klooks Kleek"

Anyway, it is a rare glimpse of live Organizarion.
Ginger Baker shines throught the album.

Roaring British R&B 13 Feb 2008

From a technical perspective this isn't a great recording, but hey, it's a live album from a British R&B club in the early '60s... don't complain! It's quite listenable despite a somewhat distant quality to the sound. The music is great, and the GBO rips it up live in a somewhat more wild manner than they did in their studio recordings.
