It would be nice if there was more open content for this book. Only having the front cover is very limited. I'm not even asking for free chapters, just contents, index, back cover, first few pages etc.. I always think that perhaps this should be a minimum these days because what's to be feared from revealing your contents pages for free?? Anyway I ordered it, hope it is as good as the reviewers claim it to be.
