First, the legal stuff. You can't buy this in the USA, & it seems to be a UK-only, just-about-legal issue, not sanctioned by Neil Young or his record company.
Second, the sound. The first minute might put you off, but it gets better. The general quality is very much rock bootleg without post-production. You might need to tame the treble a bit, but everything is audible, although raw & fiery.
Third, the performance. The drumming is a little unsteady. Otherwise, it's great. The atmosphere of a very enjoyable gig comes through. There's some fun and some out-there solos.
Overall, it's immensely engaging and a terrific thing to have if you like a rough ride on the Horse.
