I have really enjoyed this DVD. It is both challenging and accessible at the same time. The instructors demonstration is very clear and concise whilst also being motivating. I have noticed a visible difference in my body and overall wellbeing.
It offers a variety of exercises that target all the essential parts of the body. I find it difficult to cover all five areas of the exercise programme, but often manage to complete at least four in one session. I would definately recommend this DVD to Pilates enthusiasts.
