Got these to do my push-ups, and I must say I'm impressed, they are a very sturdy design, and they move clockwise and counter clockwise, so you can do pushups vertically & horizontally, it comes with some instructional excercises which I found very useful. The only downside was the P&P which I was charged to get it sent to Ireland, I am sure though the P&P to the UK will be reasonable, bar the P&P, the product is very useful and I would recommend to anyone.

Well built, sturdy and a bigger challenge than I imagined. I'm a fittish guy who can do about 50 non stop normal press ups but at the start can only do about 10 with these babies. They are a lot harder to do but with time & effort progress can be made. Great for core body training.
Expensive compared to cheaper versions on line but price seems justified as quality is top notch !

I have had these a few months now. First impressions were of great build quality, and that hasn't changed. Immediately on trying them I found I could do less press ups than without - I put this down to being raised slightly off the floor, and thus dipping the chest deeper, getting an improved form press up.
The handles are fat and covered in a textured rubber that gives good grip. The swivelling action is smooth and once you get used to doing press ups with these you don't even notice the turning. Comes with a workout chart, and you can find videos with exercise variants easily on the web. If you want press up handles, why buy ones of lesser quality?
If you really want to improve press up take a look on the hundred push ups site.

Ok but will not get you in shape
This is a sturdy piece of equipment and is good, however all of the advertising is misleading as you will never get in shape using this alone.
