Format:Mass Market Paperback
These three books were the first ones that I had read by Frank Peretti and had worn them out loaing them to friends. Now I needed new copies. Typical to his works, you really need to read the first 3 chapters twice to gain all the information that he writes. He sets scenes, introduces characters and situations and you really need a good memory to remember them as the book progresses - but progresses it does, with twists and turns. A battle in the heavens between eveil and good V mankind inherant capacity to evil and good. Great story lines. His other books are also great - the Oath, Visitation etc as well has the Veritas Project series. The Prophet I did not find so good and there was more of an emphasis on polics V abortion. Although the ethics are right in this book I would struggle giving it to someone who had had a termination as I feel it would be guilt laying rather than forgiving and moving on.

Frank Peretti is not so well known in the U.K but he is a long established fantasy fiction author in the U.S. This is is a really good 3 books in one deal and a great introduction to his work.
If you enjoy christian fiction then I'd also recommend the following:

Really good book
This book is really good, all three of them. Once you read the first you think wow! then you start the second and it catches your mind even more, so does the third. I recommend it!
