I purchased this for my 3 1/2 yo son. It's a lot a fun and quite quick so small children won't get bored. It's made of cardboard and it seems sturdy enough. My son likes the idea of "jumping" in the mud. The concept is simple and it teaches children to count (on the dice) and to "read" the different squares. My son doesn't like the "you fell down" one and insists that his token is upright :-) but he will catch on.

Good value for money - basically a game based on the snakes and ladders type of principle where you throw dice and make your way via muddy puddles to the finish. You can lose a turn or catch up with the leader etc depending on what you throw. Probably best for a child aged about 3-6. You have to assemble the board (like a 5 piece jigsaw) but it is pretty durable.

Bought this for my daughter's 3rd birthday. She and my 5 year old are able to set up and play this on their own. It helps the little one learn counting, although there's little educational value beyond that. The rules are a bit difficult to master for their age, but they make up rules as they go along and seem to have fun doing it that way anyway. A goold old-fashioned (i.e., non-electronic) game for little ones!

Gave this as a present and she loved it hours of fun a must for a pepper pig fan, and its a good size so doesnt take up much floor or table space
