Doesn't work as advertised. 30 Mar 2012
By David A. Smith - Published on Amazon.com
Negatives:
1) Didn't allow more than 16 vpn users to connect. Had to wait for support to produce 'custom firmware' to resolve this.
2) Anytime the device reported an internet connection problem no new vpn users could connect until it was rebooted. Problem was never resolved. I don't think there were actually any real internet connection problems though because no vpn users would be disconnected.
3) Before purchase we specifically asked them if VPN users would be disconnected when a new VPN user account was added. They insisted that it would not. This was true but misleading. Adding a new user or making ANY change to the settings would stop ALL traffic to all VPN users. Their connections would appear to be active but no traffic could go through until they disconnected and reconnected.
4) Support is horrendous. The US support people apparently can't fix much. They start a ticket with the team in Hong Kong which is not a 24/7 shop. They are 13 hours ahead of us in the central US so each support ticket would go out and you'd find out the next morning if it got worked.
5) No way to contact support directly. It had to go through our project manager. I got the impression that this was a sales guy with limited technical knowledge. I'd call him, he'd talk to support, call me back eventually and relay what the real tech had to say. The first problem we had was with the 16 user concurrent connection limit, he told the tech support guy that we couldn't create more than 16 user accounts. I had to wait for the phone tag to completely play out to realize he didn't even understand our issue so 2 hours with our business being down went down the drain.

Positives:
No idea. Didn't keep it long enough to figure out what it was actually good at.

I sent it back. Do not buy if you have a business to run.
