Marjorie Corbridge is a Principal Lecturer in HRM at the University of Portsmouth Business School. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has undertaken many consultancy projects. Prior to working at the university Marjorie held senior HR positions in the public sector.

I found the product very well researched and yet cautioning the reader in aspects like not to take outright cast-in-stone answers from the book but to rather apply his/her mind.
