This review is from: Pentyrch, Creiglau and Gwaelod-y-Garth (Archive Photographs) (Paperback)
A photographic history of the communities of Pentyrch, Creigiau and Gwaelod y Garth. This book consists of 128 pages most of which have two photographs. There is an extended caption explaining the photograph and its historic relevance. The collection is divided into seven chapters Worship, Work, Leisure, Learning, Rural Life, Village People and Tempus Fugit. Each chapter consists of introductory text followed by the photographs. This is an accessible light history but with quite a lot of details of the recent past.
