The Optio RS1500 comes with ten ready-made unique front skins. You can also easily customise the camera yourself as it also comes with five blank pre-cut paper foils. In addition, the new Optio RS1500 includes two lens rings – black and orange, so you can begin customising your camera straight away.
This new Optio RS1500 also enables you to change the lens' ring in 2 colors, black, and orange. Therefore the Optio RS1500 is the ideal camera for an original gift. You can even wear it as a fashion item; matching it with your clothes.
This stylish camera features a subtle aluminium design and also offers a 4x wide-angle zoom (equivalent to 28-112mm in 35mm), a 3 inch LCD display and HD video recording (1280x720 pixels, 30fps).

The Optio RS1500 subtle aluminum design gives it a chic and sober touch. Thanks to its compactness, it offers appealing high quality technical features: it features a 14 million pixel sensor enabling high color accuracy, a 4x wide angle zoom (equivalent to a 28-112mm in 35mm) to capture highly realistic pictures, plus a 3 inch LCD screen to comfortably look at your photos.
It also offers an HD 720p video option (1280 x 720 pixels). Plus, the advanced Movie SR (Shake Reduction) mode automatically compensates the blurs due to movement, in order to guarantee great quality videos.
The Optio RS1500 comes with a Face Priority mode which instantaneously and precisely detects the faces in its sight. Once the faces detected, it optimally adjusts the focus and exposure before taking the picture. This compact camera also has other practical features which make it easier for the photographer when shooting: the Smile Detection mode which automatically takes a picture and the Natural Skin Mode which guarantees the subject's perfect complexion.
Unique Front Skins
The Auto Picture Mode automatically selects one of the 15 scene modes (8 classic modes, plus 7 new ones such as Blue Sky or Sunset). It also optimises the different camera's settings to obtain the greatest results.
With its 9 creative digital filters, such as the retro filter, sepia or "toy camera", the Optio RS1500 enables you to add visual effects to your pictures without the help of a computer. One can even apply different filters on the same photo, resulting in the creation of innovative effects.
