These binoculars are every bit as clear and sharp as Leupold's Gold Ring, at a much more user friendly price. Low light performance is outstanding as well. I have usually been a little suspicious of "magazine endorsements", but Outdoor Life was right...these are great.

I gave these binoculars to my husband for his birthday. He loves the carity, the wide field and the size. These binoculars are very nicely made and I would recommend them to others.

These are outstanding binoculars but in the end they were a little too big for what I was looking for. I wanted something lightweight I could throw in my pack or my jacket or hang off my belt. I think these are more suited for keeping on a boat or leaving on the porch not carrying around with you (there is no belt loop on the case). I ended up going with the Pentax 62593 8x25. Although the quality of the picture is better (these are 10x36), the 62593 was still very good and it was just not worth the increased size and weight for what I wanted. If that doesn't matter to you then you will definitely love these.
