Product Description

[May be read independently without reference to Swamp of Light Part I]
[Optimized for ‘Landscape’ viewing on the Kindle and other handheld devices as well]

As the beloved King Arthur had fallen in the hands of Mordred, the dread– the fate of Bretunia lay in the balance. But Merlin had other plans, and sought his Apprentice, Sheja – Guardian of the Tower to summon the adventurers spoken about in the ‘Prophecy of the Stone’.

Queen Morgan Le Fay had crushed half of Bretunia with her minions of darkness and the new King Constantine was unable to stop her onslaught. In this ebook novelette, join the Heroes of Camelot to reach Night’s Pentagram to retrieve the Shard of Galahad, the final piece to the ‘Armor of Light’.

Quite an apt use of cover art and title. Since this is a comics book, the graphic style is acceptable and it would be good if the book was longer. but nonetheless, the storyline and characters have been well crafted, and makes for a rather enjoyable (albeit short) experience.

Had been reading the Lady Antiva range of Artifacts books and this one is a tie-in to that main series. It talks (through pictures) about the heroes travel to the Swamp of Nightwatch and getting stuck in s**t (fertile ground as they say) - and having to swim through it. Whew! Anyone, pay attention to the beast of the swamp. It packs a blow like a 800-pound gorilla!

This looked like something I should have (but didn't have the ability to) produce in my younger years. A failed art student, I had always wanted to give graphics novel a shot but fell short. I guess this ebook worked for me because it made no pretense of grandeur or over-promised. Humble and simplicity of approach is key - and that was what caught my attention. But that is not to say I bought this out of charity. The fight scenes and dialogue are first-rate if you asked me.
