I dont often write reviews but I am so impressed with this book that I feel it is a must have for anyone delivering the EYFS curriculum. It is soo easy to read and very uncomplicated. The book has beautiful pictures with plenty of ideas of what to do to make the EYFS work in your setting. For some practitioners the EYFS seems complicated and often seems that it is hard to actually work.
Get this book! you will not regret it.

I strongly recommend this book for all those practitioners involved in the Early Years. It links many activities to the requirements of the EYFS and answers many questions.

I was expecting more of this book. It might be alright for a level 2 practitioner who needs to be introduced to the EYFS. But if you are familiar with the framework them you do not need this book.

I'm a childminder. We were actually given this book by the Local Authority in order to introduce us to the EYFS. For once, they got it absolutely right.
This book tells you, in clear and understandable terms, what you need for the EYFS and, more importantly, what you don't need. It offers helpful advice on evaluating your setting and reviewing your current practice. It acknowledges childminders! We even have an appendix to ourselves, explaining how little planning we really need to do.
So ignore the scare-mongers: beg, borrow or buy this book and see for yourselves.
